Meet Minakshi “Mina” Arora

Camp Arora LLC is led by Mina Arora, an accomplished event professional with over 15 years of experience managing complex, multimillion-dollar projects across the festival, motorsport, and entertainment industries.

She has led operations at iconic events like the Formula 1 Las Vegas Grand Prix, where she directed a $7M logistics operation, managed over 650 event personnel, and oversaw accessibility, signage, entry gate operations, and staff outfitting.

Before founding Camp Arora, Mina held key roles at companies like Disney, Live Nation, and SpotOn (formerly Appetize), earning a reputation for delivering results under pressure — with clarity, calm, and creativity. She brings a rare combination of strategic planning, team leadership, and operational execution to every event she supports.

Why “Camp Arora”?
The name Camp Arora was born from Mina’s personal life, long before it became a business. Known among her friends as a sanctuary for dogs, her home was affectionately nicknamed “Camp Arora” because their pets never wanted to leave.

A lifelong animal lover and advocate, Mina is known for creating environments where both people and pets feel genuinely cared for. That same spirit of warmth, attentiveness, and thoughtful organization defines her approach to large-scale event production. What began as a playful nickname has since evolved into a professional brand rooted in hospitality, heart, and operational excellence.

Camp Arora is where structure meets soul — a place where every guest, client, partner and team member feels both supported and inspired.
